Estimates and cleaning records

When you check your address, request service, or use an account, the website may process your name, email, phone number, service address, cleaning choices, pet and access instructions, requested dates, and messages. The owner workspace also holds customer, appointment, completion, invoice, payment-record, expense, and estimated mileage information entered while running the business.

We use these records to check the service area, estimate work, arrange and complete cleanings, communicate about service, and manage business records. Include only information needed for your cleaning.

Who helps run the website

Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase provides account sign-in, the database, and server functions. Resend delivers account and booking emails when those features are enabled. Street addresses are sent to HeiGIT / openrouteservice for location and driving estimates, with the U.S. Census Bureau as a backup address lookup. These providers process the information needed to supply their respective services and may keep technical or delivery logs.

Owners can access business records. Team and customer access is limited by account permissions. The public estimate and availability screens do not display another customer’s appointment details.

The Google Calendar connection

An owner can connect the business Google account to synchronize the dedicated Simone’s Cleaning calendar. Customers do not need to connect a Google account. The connection verifies the business account’s email address and requests permission to read and manage calendar events.

The website uses that permission only for the configured business calendar. It sends cleaning names, service types, addresses, appointment times, arrival windows, completion status, and website-managed unavailable time to that calendar. It updates or removes those events when the corresponding website record changes. People with access to the business calendar may see those event details.

Other busy events on that business calendar become unavailable time on the website. The website stores their event identifiers and start and end times, without copying their titles or descriptions into the scheduling records. Personal calendars are not included. The connection does not read Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files.

The Google connection credentials and refresh token are encrypted in the server’s secret store. They are not included in the public website or customer account pages. Calendar information is used for scheduling and synchronization, not advertising or model training.

Website statistics

We count public-page visits, use of the estimate form, and progress to booking so the owners can improve the website. A random identifier in this tab’s session storage groups activity until 30 minutes of inactivity. We record only page categories, a broad traffic source and device category, and whether an estimate was generated or submitted. Visitor statistics do not store your name, contact details, address, form answers, IP address, or full referring URL. Submitted bookings and member totals come from the business records described above.

Only owners can view these statistics. Anonymous visit records are kept for up to 400 days. Tracking respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking are used. Browser settings and blocking tools can prevent statistics from being recorded.

Storage and your choices

Information submitted to the business is retained in its service and business records until removed by an owner. Removing the Google connection stops future access but does not automatically erase existing cleaning records or previously synchronized calendar events.

The Google account holder can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Contact Simone and Alex if you want help correcting or removing information, reviewing access, or removing stored connection credentials.

Account sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. Sign out on shared devices. The installed website does not make private customer records available offline.
